先前聽朋友說好像日本有一個節目上面是說人們只要照著某一種生活習慣走(例如說幾點起床幾點要睡覺幾點不可以再進食那類的)就可以有效的減重,真的有這一種嗎?如果有的話,可以告訴我嗎?
