目前練一練,ㄍ一ㄥ一點的話,一次100下算極限
同一天,休息之後差不多每次50下極限
體重67 身高165 這樣算好還是不好呢(想練魔鬼背肌出來囧)
目前看到的重訓內容,伏地挺身好像都是30下為基準,
是說多了不好,還是說多了會變耐力訓練?
