因為畢業之後都沒運動...
所以現在平常都會做個仰臥起坐等運動來小小鍛鍊身體...
不過很奇怪...
最近...
做完仰臥起坐站起來時...
腹部、肚子就會有"抽筋"感...感覺肚子全都揪在一起...
必須屈著身體讓抽筋感慢慢消逝...
請問這是怎樣的狀況啊??
