請問一下板上各位
小弟最近很規律的壓重訓
一週3次 作一休一
我在施力的過程也都有吸氣吐氣
可是在做重訓的過程中偶爾有耳鳴的現象
不知道是做的次數太多導致協調不順還是怎樣
因為我主要是先做肌耐力的訓練
所以每項至少做12下至多到20下
約做2輪,我的身高175CM體重62KG
不知道這樣我的身體負荷是否太重了
