5.1 這個規章，是對球的規格、廠牌之指定
(不同海拔高度所舉辦的網賽，因氣壓差異會影響到網球規格之選定)
關於球數、換球之其他規範，章程如是說：
All equipment and implements used during competitions will comply with the ITF
Rules and Regulations
ITF (international tennis federation)
簡單說，就是所有世界網賽的老大，它說的算。
關於 Rules For Equipment "The Ball"

The event organisers must announce in advance of the event:
a. The number of balls for play (2, 3, 4 or 6).

所以結論：

不要說三顆了，連準備兩顆球 國外都有在打了 XD
所以別再那邊吵鬧說 "沒安排好了" =.=
