Jenks的詳細傷勢在前面提過了。現在他的背上還能看到七吋長的大疤痕。他雖然到Jet
Blue報到了，但是現在連接球都不行。

要不要採取法律行動？Jenks:「我有找人了，交給他們去擔心。我只想好好復健。」

這是一連串醫療疏失中的最新一次。

2010年，Ellsbury控告隊醫對於肋骨的傷勢診斷錯誤；同一個球季的六月，Pedroia左腳
骨折，在八月回歸後只打兩場馬上去動手術。

去年，隊醫診斷Buchholz有輕微的背傷，但是最後發現其實是背部壓力性骨折；四月
Kalish肩膀關節唇受傷，原本不打算進行手術，只進行復健；到了11月才決定要動手術。

紅襪把醫療總指揮Dr. Thomas Gill撤掉，換成同為MGH的Peter Asnis；紅襪也將部份訓
練員和醫療人員裁掉。

Cherington強調在Jenks的手術之前就已經決定要換了。

MGH對這件事發表聲明:"We are very sorry that Mr. Jenks experienced complications
following his surgery, and we are glad that he is continuing to improve.
It would be inappropriate for MGH to provide any specific information about
Mr. Jenks’surgery without the consent of the patient and the Red Sox
organization."
