今天閒著沒事,下午請假跑去跳有氧
看了一下今天的課程 body combat / funky 2堂課
因為我跳combat 膝蓋會痛(可能還抓不到要領,總覺得膝蓋要扭來扭去)
所以就想說跳看看沒跳過的funky,因為沒跳過
所以先去問了一下服務人員funky是啥,告知是街舞
一聽到就整個很想嘗試看看,因為從來沒跳過街舞,我也要變成hit hop
所以就滿心期待的進去了,剛開始只有2人(都是新生,沒壓力真好)
後面就大概有10人左右,動作不難,但是我就是記不住
老師一停,我就忘記怎跳了,前奏是簡單的動作,不過我因為都沒有記
每個動作要跳幾拍,所以都幾乎要跟著老師跳,都沒有精神看鏡子內的自己
可能要等動作熟一點,我應該就可以看著鏡子中的自己在修改姿勢吧
把街舞跳成山地舞也很不簡單,難怪老師的唉嘆聲不絕於耳,嘿嘿
另外我發現,不管課程在冷門,總是有人很會跳,不知道跳過幾堂了,真強
不過下次要請假去跳有氧的機會,我可能會找其他天試試看,早上的有氧
課程好像比較多,改請早上好了,多多嘗試.跳久了就是我的了^^
ps 為何我跳拳擊有氧,膝蓋會痛勒= = 我看打拳擊,膝蓋都要跟著轉
他們都不痛嗎?
