收音效果不是很好,請大家多多包含,最後面QA時間新加坡藉教練上台的時候
教練的聲音洪量且高亢,所以破爛的收音設備爆音了
其實昨天聽完課後,今天早上的例行晨泳裡面,我自己將我吸收理解的動作實踐後
發現是真的很省力,雖然我只做了一小部分的動作,一小時一口氣游完兩千公尺
起來後真的是神清氣爽不會喘不會累,自己都嚇到
以下是我自己的體驗,可能有錯,請大家多多指教
1. 人的身體有一個很巨大的浮桶,就是你的肺,因為他在上半身,所以使用方法要對
2. 最簡單的理解就是,將肺部的浮力轉成推進力
3. 怎麼轉?我們可以簡單實驗,將一個空的寶特瓶放在水面上,對後端施加壓力
就會發現寶特瓶往沒有加壓的地方前進了
4. 既然要下壓力,那麼就必須要利用大自然中無所不在的力量來輔助--地心引力
5. 當然這份下壓力,也是能轉成前進的動力
之前看TI書或是影片,不懂的地方就是「為什麼」
為什麼一定要轉到側身的甜蜜點,為什麼一定要把手做成木偶手等等,
在昨天看了教練的示範動作後都得到的解答
為了要能夠取得下壓力,所以手出水面後要拉高,利用高到低的位能轉換往下壓
而為了要取得下一次位能,臀部要一起轉,讓下一次重心轉移有個根據
所以今天早上做的簡單動作就是「專注在入水」而非划水
專注讓入水轉臀在短時間內做完,讓整個重心往斜前方壓下去
游泳變成像是在拼命的往前戳戳戳,划手一點也不重要這樣子
大概是這樣子,我還沒辦法消除打水的肌肉記憶,兩拍打水努力中
而TI的換氣真的滿有障礙的,那個等於是要在蛙鏡還看的到水的情況下換氣...
