話說米苔目在加入健身房之前
一直很討厭體育課
幾乎沒啥動
好在
體重一直都在58左右
之後有段期間因為生病
一度胖到78
後來體重慢慢恢復
加入伊士邦後
養成固定運動習慣
雖然體重沒啥大變化
大約正負2kg
不過體脂降了不少
肌肉量增加了不少
還蠻有成就感的
運動真好阿
