世界盃E組循環最終戰，將由日本對戰丹麥。根據丹麥大報Jyllands-Posten在
23日所發表的民調顯示，關於丹麥是否能打進16強，有76%的國民回答「將會贏得
對日一戰」。
進一步分析顯示，回答「丹麥必勝」的有15%、「拉鋸到後來會贏」的有61%。
「踢平」為15%、「日本會贏」則是9%。該報另外分析，「守備堅強的日本將會把
目標放在踢平上」。
此外，早報POLITIKEN則刊載了前鋒Bendtner的看法，其表示「這將會是場比喀
麥隆還要難應付的比賽」，最後該報評論道「日本雖然比想像中來的強大，不過
並非無法攻克的城池」。
