我現在國3,是女生...我至少還想瘦下5公斤!!有什麼方法可以比較不費時,而且可以短時間見效呢?!比較可以在居家做的! 當一個學生真的時間沒有很多~若要慢跑.游泳之類的...都還要外出..想瘦的部位:大腿,小腿,手臂,小腹...但是重點還是擺在減輕重量~~~仰臥起坐:��
