下腹痛 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好~~
從3月份跑步到現在也快2個月了
剛開始是先從20分,最近慢慢增加35分(大約是7分速的速度,一週跑5天),但是上星期
六日休息後,前天跟昨天跑到快30分時,下腹就會開始疼痛(有點像月經要來的感覺)而
且昨天還有點出血的情況,後來實在沒辦法就停下來了,記得剛開始練跑步時到最後下腹
也會痛,但是大概跑個4-5天習慣後就沒了,想請問這個情況是呼吸沒調好嗎?還是練習
量太少了呢QQ?還請各位多指教~~謝謝
