我身高183體重82外表看起來不會很胖(實際上贅肉滿多的)我幾乎每天打籃球..打中鋒的位子我沒什麼肌肉(胸肌阿...腹肌那些的)問題:我想要把上半身身材練好一點..可是想要有比較專業的人給我練習表..大概就是每天要做啥??做幾次???謝謝!!!
