沒參加過任何路跑比賽
專業教練甚至不看好能完賽
最後直接初馬破330?!
看得我下巴都要掉下來

我認為教練的幫助很重要,有專業教練的指導下,進步
速度真的會比自己摸索快很多,當然也包括他肯努力堅
持跑下去,兩者相加的確是能達到這樣的高度。非常棒

半馬 我認為有教練加上單獨領跑員陪跑 應該是最大差異

而把跑步當成最重要的事去處理,然後飲食休息恢復都有專業
人在提醒叮嚀,自己生活也自律,完美100分配合

道自己其實是前10%的人,真的練下去才一鳴驚人,相反的
也很多人明明從小就有運動習慣,但也不清楚自己是最後10
%的人,同樣的練法練下去,可能前者破三,後者沒被關門
就偷笑了
