陳偉殷出生在台灣但是過去幾年來都在日職丟球。他有過不錯的能耐，但是今年跌落的
stuff也許會限制他的賣價

他過去幾年曾經可以丟low-90並且摸到95，但是今年比較多在88-92之間跑，而且他的滑
球也不再像過去那樣犀利了。今年年尾時他重新站上了92-94並且滑球也更犀利了，大聯
盟球隊的興趣會取決在他們是哪個時間點觀察到陳偉殷的。
他有一個很不錯的垂直球路讓他不只能當個一人左，雖然這球路也沒好到能當out-pitch
陳偉殷的控球還是很好，今年在中日163 2/3局只保送了31人，但是三振率從過去三年的
21%掉到今年的14%。
他二十五歲的年紀跟滑球進化的機會讓他的成長空間比其他典型日職的老將高了不少
