要回的太多了,我用條列式的方式來回。
昨天是已經躺平用手機了不太好發文,這種事還是要用桌機比較方便。
(所以只能我人在台灣的時候回,前兩天剛飛完福岡...)
一、豪華稅跟付薪水是兩件事。(monkeydpp板友的疑問)
○ 豪華稅是以「球隊季賽最後一天的名單」為繳稅基準。
○ 付薪水通常是在哪隊就哪隊付(除非合約有規定什麼開季先付一半之類),
Bobby Marks這篇講的就是:
龜的合約47M,這季還剩13.2M的薪水要付,爵士買斷的是這部份。
「At the time of the buyout, Westbrook had $13.2M left on his contract.」
(基本上,虎噗對薪資規定的理解很差,文字很容易誤導...)
也就是湖人付了龜33.8M的薪水,但在交易截止日前把龜交易掉。
所以「計算湖人本季豪華稅時,不會出現Westbrook的薪資,一毛都不會」。
這也是「季中交易給人裁,以節稅」的運作邏輯。
用了一個球員半季,再把他交易掉換空氣,就不用繳這名球員的豪華稅。
(但用半季的薪水要付,請人幫忙裁通常也得付個現金或二輪籤)
火箭老闆最懂這種季中節稅之道,甚至可以把團隊薪資降到稅線以下,免繳稅。
二、龜的這張47M合約是跟雷霆簽的延長合約。
記得是5年205M的樣子,最後一年47M,在最後1/3球季被交易到爵士,
而對爵士來說,雖然龜的47M會記在團隊薪資季末結算,
但因為爵士本季不用繳稅,所以不會造成額外的負擔。
至於會不會買斷領更多(alittleghost板友問的),
要看買斷時有沒有放棄一部份薪資,「通常」這種季中買斷會少拿一點點,
剛好用底薪補回來這樣,球員沒有損失,買斷球隊省一點點錢。(真的只是一點點)
三、熱火簽LOVE用的手段
要簽約自由球員,只有兩種手段:
○ 薪資空間(今年是123M,基本上全聯盟只有馬刺低於這個數字,也就是有空間)

○ 特例條款
底薪/中產/雙年/傷病這些都是特例條款。
回到熱火簽LOVE這件事。
熱火今年由於要避稅的關係,他們中產沒有全部用完,雙年也沒用。
Caleb Martin簽了6.5M的合約,中產還剩4M,雙年4.1M也還在。
然後因為他們前不久把Dewayne Dedmon交易給馬刺換空氣(他薪資4.7M),
突然避稅壓力大減,多了4.7M的安全範圍,可以把剩下那兩張特例拿出來用了。
(可以回到前面講豪華稅計算的事,Dedmon薪水熱火付了大半,但交易掉不計團隊薪資)
註,這件事我前面寫到季中交易時有寫到: #1ZvXl2zn (NBA)
當然因為安全範圍不大,4M中產跟4.1M雙年不能都用(都用會要繳稅),
但總是有比底薪有更好誘因的手段可以簽約。
簽被買斷的Kevin Love,就會是用這個「手段」(特例條款)。
而快艇的狀況是,他們今年要繳稅,只有付稅中產,沒有全額中產,沒有雙年特例。
偏偏這筆付稅中產6.5M,早早就全額給了牆哥(John Wall)了。
其實大部份球隊都是這樣,季中撿買斷市場可以用的簽約手段只剩底薪。
會留著中產甚至薪資空間大半個球季,本來就是特殊狀況,
熱火是因為要「避稅」,所以中產特例沒用完,但清掉Dedmon後可以用這筆額度了。
不管是雙年或是中產剩下的,金額都嘛差不多,反正都是特例條款。
另外,10年以上老將的底薪是2.9M,但在數字上會有兩件事影響:
一、聯盟補助一年底薪老將,球隊實付跟計稅一律用1.8M(2年年資)計算,差價聯盟出。
二、計稅金額是「依球季比例算」
現在只剩下不到1/3球季,2.9M依比例計算後:0.78M。
然後快艇要計稅的金額會比這個更少(因為聯盟補貼),大概0.5~0.6M吧。
快艇今年爆稅40M,稅金137M,這之後每多花一塊錢都要繳5.75倍的豪華稅。
所以用剩餘球季的底薪簽下龜,除了薪資還要再多繳大概3M左右的稅金。
