One by one, the stars are coming to Paris, and the first thing they do after

checking into their hotels is to practise at Roland Garros.

Tim Henman was out on court on Wednesday, as was Venus Williams,

who was practising in the afternoon. As was the case yesterday,

world number ones Roger Federer and Amelie Mauresmo were both on court twice

today, as were Paradorn Srichaphan, Mikhail Youzhny, Gael Monfils and

Paul-Henri Mathieu. The two "Frenchies" finished their training session with

a game of "who can hit the ball the hardest", much to the amusement

(and occasional amazement) of the onlookers.
