Up 1-0, Pistons brace for more aggressive LeBron

The Pistons may lead the Eastern Conference finals, 1-0, but they haven't
been getting the winning-team treatment.

Usually after a team wins, writers gush about the players, the coach, the
system, the management ... something!

But after squeaking by the Cleveland Cavaliers, 79-76, in Game 1, that hasn't
been the case in Auburn Hills, where the Pistons faced more off-day questions
about the things they did wrong than the things they did right.

The perception is not that the Pistons won Game 1, but that the Cavaliers

And going into tonight's Game 2, it seems even the players feel they haven't
made their point.
"We didn't feel like we won," forward Rasheed Wallace said. "That's just the
way that we feel, the aura that's in our locker room."

For that aura to change tonight, the Pistons need better production from a
few places. Wallace and Richard Hamilton played well, and the Pistons'
defensive effort deserves credit for LeBron James' 10-point performance.

First on the list is Chauncey Billups, who was victimized by Cleveland's trap
Monday.

guy, Rip, who pretty much carried us. You probably won't see that too often."

"The biggest thing is, he'll try to be aggressive," Pistons coach Flip

One spot in particular where the Cavaliers hope to draw fouls is inside

gunning for him, Wallace said there's nothing he needs to do differently.

players -- scoring.

are taking shots they usually hit but aren't knocking them down.

On Monday, McDyess played through flu-like symptoms, which mostly have faded.
