The Neverending Story

Justine continues to live her tennis dream by winning Roland Garros for the
4th time by defeating Serbian star Ana Ivanovic 6-1 6-2 today. The queen of
clay was in absolute rule for the finale match that lasted 65 minutes.
More than a stat in the tennis history books, the purity and blissful joy of
today's victory can only be affirmed by the sheer emotional attachment this
tournament holds for Justine. Roland Garros was shared as a dayout with her
mother as a 12 year old, then as a teen prodigy winning Junior Roland Garros,
and winning it as her first major in 2003. Justine dedicated the 2007 Coupe
Suzanne Lenglen in honor of her reunited family, once missing in her life,
but brought together in 2007, and today with her in their place at the
players box were siblings Sarah, Thomas, David, Dad at home watching on
television, and her mother who resides spiritually deep within her.
Justine thanked all of her entourage, friends, Carlos and his family, the
kids - Mateo, Manu, Tom and Kiara and said, "It's surreal to win for the
third time in a row. I am struggling to take it in".
The web team also finds the emotions incredible, and stirring. We would like
to thank all the fans and supporters for sharing the Roland Garros experience
with us these two weeks. Justine has said many times during the fortnight
that she plays to give emotions, to her friends, family and fans. It's a
bond, and a connection - the adventure isn't over, and will continue.
