According to Jon Heyman of SI.com, Bobby Valentine will receive a two-year
deal to manage the Red Sox.

Valentine will be officially introduced as the 45th manager in franchise
history Thursday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. ET. It will be his third managerial
stint in the big leagues, which includes stops with the Rangers and Mets. The
61-year-old hasn't managed in the majors since 2002.
