Posada短劇：不想先發 - 美國職棒

應邀請來幫忙一下...
其實我個人不太贊成在這裡「練英文」就是了, MLB 板也算是個大板
要用翻譯新聞練當然可以, 但在大板直接丟出來就太不負責任
在有人想到要幫你訂正之前, 有多少人可能因為你的錯誤接受到有問題的資訊？
而且有能力幫忙的板友又憑什麼要幫你檢查呢？

看新聞學英文閱讀是正確的方式, 這沒有問題
但這裡真的不是驗證你自己是否正確吸收的途徑
只是濫用這裡的人對你的信任和善意而已
讓與你熟識的人幫忙會是最好的方法
如果真的不行, 至少貢獻一些小板的討論會比較有意義
而且在討論眾比較侷限的狀況下, 有人願意幫你的可能性也會更高

另外如果你希望有人回文改正, 那麼文章排版要特別注意在右邊留點 padding
不然一回文之後整個排版都會亂掉, 也會降低別人回應的意願
這真的很多人都沒想清楚, 拜託不要把一行塞滿到這麼右邊好嗎

Posada 的意思是, 清理想法是他的首要原因
接著次要的原因則是他的背部有點緊繃
他並不是說他第一次有這種需求

這樣做的啊」

You 在這裡是虛設主詞, 是用來代表一般而言的狀況
在中文裡, 這類句型的主詞通常會省略（看上面我的翻譯）
而當中文用「你」當主詞時, 是用來表達很針對的發言
而這裡的英文句型中 Posada 其實並不是針對誰, 只是表達一個一般狀況
這樣翻譯文法是沒錯, 但很明顯語意不對

標準臺灣英文課教出來的翻譯, 只懂文法不懂隱涵語意...
(不是批評, 這是臺灣英語教學的問題)

最後一句整個錯了, 很明顯原 po 沒看什麼美國影集XD
It's kind of like 後面接完整句子代表的意思就只有後面那個句子的意思
這來自於一個青少年 subculture 形成的 dialet, 不過我忘了叫什麼
現在已經滿通用的就是了, 感謝飛越比佛利...

總之 Posada 最後一句的意思就只是單純「這種事不應該發生」這樣而已
他沒有針對「你」, 也沒有說「不應該搞我」這種意思

我實在不知道原本的翻譯是怎麼來的, 所以就這樣吧...
