Murray delighted with Roddick win
By Piers Newbery
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
Andy Murray was thrilled to reach the second week of a Grand Slam for the
first time with his victory over Andy Roddick at Wimbledon.
Murray won 7-6 (7-4) 6-4 6-4 to reach the fourth round.
"To get into the second week of a Grand Slam for the first time is great,"
said the 19-year-old Scot.
"I'm not used to being around the locker room when there's only 16 people
left - it's much quieter. I'm obviously looking forward to playing again."

Murray was in superb form as he swept past twice runner-up Roddick in
straight sets, and showed no sign of his sometimes volatile temper.
"It's easy when you're playing like that to keep your cool," he said.
I'm very disappointed, I'm not happy, I'm mad
Andy Roddick
"I get really annoyed when I'm playing badly because I'm a perfectionist.
"When I'm playing badly is when I get upset, but if I'd lost the third set
playing like that it wouldn't have dented my confidence because I was playing
so well."
And Murray is confident he can go one step further when he faces Marcos
Baghdatis in the last 16 on Monday.
"If I play like that I think I've got a good chance of winning my next
match," he said.
"I think (Lleyton) Hewitt's the highest seeded guy in my section and he's
obviously won Wimbledon and two Grand Slams, so I wouldn't really expect to
get past the quarter-finals if I had to play him."
Roddick admitted there is "an edge" missing to his game at the moment and
said: "I'm very disappointed, I'm not happy, I'm mad - whatever adjective you
want to throw out there."
And Roddick, who also lost to Murray in San Jose in February, paid tribute to
the Briton.
"He's great at hitting on the move, picking a ball up an inch off the ground
he can still find something to do with it without going for broke.
"I'm not sure who to compare him to but he's a very deceiving mover and he
hits very well on the run."
Looking ahead to Murray's clash with Baghdatis, Roddick said: "I think he has
a shot in his next match."
