John McEnroe, aka "The Brat" during his feisty, tempestuous days prowling the
court, requested a knock-up with Rafael Nadal prior to the world No 2's
Wimbledon semi-final against Rainer Schuettler.
老馬，在過去那段活躍於球場上、暴風般肆虐的歲月中-又被稱作"頑童"(惡童XD)，向
排名第二的納豆提出了切磋球技的要求--在四強賽面對德國舒跑之前。

But it was a mis-match of epic proportions as the grey-haired, 49-year-old
McEnroe could barely find the breath to utter his infamous rant of "you
cannot be serious!" while Nadal, 27 years his junior, remained the epitome of
serenity.
但這是一場稱不上"史詩"般壯烈的比賽，當這位灰髮斑斑、高齡49歲的老馬吃力地喘著氣
、並大聲地叫嚷著"你認真點！"--納豆，這位比他年輕27歲的小伙子卻仍是一如往常的
平靜安穩。
After only a few minutes, a sweat-drenched McEnroe tottered off the court and
back to his now more familiar surroundings - the commentary box.
