我是第一次 參加全馬
以前也沒跑過任何馬拉松
自己跑過最長的距離是16公里 花了100分鐘 跑完差不多筋疲力盡了
想請問幾個問題~~~~
1.就禮拜天台北市的天氣(陰天 17~24度) 建議穿什麼樣的服裝跑呢?
我平常都是球衣球褲在跑, 偶而會帶護膝
2.七點出發 那早餐可以吃嗎? 多久前要吃? 吃什麼比較好? (或建議不要吃的)
3.比賽前一天要多喝水沒錯吧! 還有早睡!!
另外還要作哪些生理調整呢? (ex:多吃香蕉? 多喝牛奶? 多喝運動飲料??)
4.聽說 補給站的補給品會被半馬的吃光光 這是真的嗎??
是真的話要怎麼辦呢??
