Henman to face Marseille wildcard

Henman aims to be aggressive in Marseille

Unseeded Tim Henman will play French wildcard Alexandre Sidorenko in the
first round of the Marseille Open 13.

The British number one, who is in the bottom half of the 32-man draw, has
fully recovered from the back problem he suffered in Zagreb last week.

If he beats Sidorenko, Henman will face either the Russian Nikolay
Davydenko or the Belgian Christophe Rochus.

Top seed Rafael Nadal meanwhile, will play his first tennis of the year
when he takes on the Belgian Olivier Rochus.

Although Henman, whose last ATP title was won indoors in Paris three years
ago, admits that Sidorenko is an unknown quantity, he is determined to focus
on his own game.

He added: "He will have very little to lose and I'm aware that the French
have a lot of talented players, most of whom are terrific shot-makers, so I
certainly won't underestimate him.

Henman falls to Koubek in Semis

"But my main focus will be on playing the ball rather than my opponent, and
I'll be very much concentrating on trying to execute my gameplan."

Nadal, making his first appearance since winning the Madrid Masters in
October, is looking forward to recapturing the form that delivered such a
sensational 2005 season.

"I'm really happy to be here," said the 19-year-old Spaniard.

"I've been out of the swing of things for a long time and I hope to get back
into the rhythm with a few matches to regain my form."

After Marseille, Nadal's aim is to be at peak fitness for the opening Masters
Series events of the year in Indian Wells and Miami.

韓曼補充到：“我有很多場接近的比賽都是輸在法國人手中，他們都是有天份，
而且他們都能製造出恐怖的一擊，說實在我也不能評估他們的實力。”

韓曼下輪將對到Davydenko和Rochus的勝方，文中還提到他在Zagreb復發的背傷
已經康復。(鬼才相信)，他上一座冠軍已經是2003年的巴黎大師賽，快三年了。此外
，他在上週打進Zagreb四強，輸給Koubek。
