這是一個非常聳動的標題，
但連到發文者給的twitter連結一看，
咦，好像Greinke真的有說這樣的話。

Greinke一向給人的印象就是斯文派的投手，
而不是會跟人打嘴砲的類型。
所以乍看之下，的確會有Greinke被帶壞了的感覺。

雖然該篇文章下就已經有版友推文說這根本就是記者斷章取義，
但大部分版眾的推文都往『Morgan是個壞榜樣』這個方向走去，
所以似乎絕大多數版友的看法，也被這樣的說法給影響了。

但事情真的是這樣嗎？

而真正跟紅雀或Carpenter有關的問題只有三個。

I think their manager is really smart.
I like how their players play. They play the game good.
They hardly ever make mistakes.

I don't know why it seems to be like that,
but coming into Spring Training, no one liked
the Cardinals on our team.
And I guess the Reds didn't like them last year.
And I mean, I don't understand it,
but a lot of guys respect how they do it
and a lot of guys get mad at them.

They think his presence, his attitude out there sometimes is

But -- and then he yells at people.

Some hitters do it to pitchers. But when you do that
some people will get mad.
There's other pitchers in the League that do it,
but, I don't know, a lot of guys on our team don't like Carpenter.

ZG：我不知道耶。
他們覺得有時Carpenter在場上的態度是假正經。
但..他又會跟別人對嗆。還會跟別人互瞪這樣。
大部分的投手都不會這樣做。
而當有投手這樣做時，我想有些打者會不爽。
有些打者也會這樣做（指跟投手對嗆、互瞪），
當他們這樣做時，有些人也會不爽。
聯盟裡也有別的投手會做這種動作，
但，我不知道為什麼，我們隊上很多人不喜歡Carpenter。

我想，看了原文之後應該不難發現，
很清楚的，Zack Greinke不過是回答了記者的一個問題。
而不是他自己主動在嗆說『喔，我們覺得Carpenter假正經(phoney)』。

這很明顯的是記者自己斷章取義，要人去看他推特上的聳動標題罷了。
其實不只版眾們被Derrick Goold的這的推特文誤導了，
滿多外電也都只是引述這個推特文，而不是做完整的報導。
所以，怎麼說呢？
雖然台灣的記者爛的多好的少，
但也不是所有國外的記者就一定都有新聞人的自律自覺。
唉。
