450. 含心跳帶 (400)
防水：水下50米(跟310XT一樣，405/610都是IPX7，水下一米半小時)
電池：20hr (跟310XT一樣，405/610都是8hr)
看起來跟310XT比較不一樣的是：
1) 有高度計
2) 有Virtual racer (compete against other activities).
不是Virtual runner (train against a digital person).這個都有
剩下的要請英文比較好的翻了！
(好像不是觸控的，Garmin家族只有forerunner 610是)
