: 如果是同一個球團開約給續約者或仲裁，薪資不得低於前一年的80%或是前兩年的70%
: 像King這種符合簽過肥大長約又單一球隊的，腦子裏面也沒有太多人
: 只有想到Jeter隊長，查了一下他的約
: 2010跟NYY談約，最後拿到AAV是14~17M，那2010年前的AAV大概是18.9M
: 不違反上述的規定，在球員生涯末期還是拿了個好看的合約風光退休
: 反觀King這個案例，在我水的最後合約AAV是25M
: 就算可以用60%去簽，一年也還要15M
: 以他近三年投球的成績，根本不可能用這個錢把這個中二病的簽回來啊
: 也難怪在2019年年末，球隊願意給他最後一次在主場登板先發

第一句話"In tenderng a contract to a player"很關鍵
根據官網描述的定義http://m.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/contract-tendered
To "tender" a contract to a player is to agree to give a contract for the
upcoming season to a player who is under club control.
tender就是所謂的"換約"，是針對和球團還有合約關係的球員，即未取得FA資格的球員
King Felix是自由球員，2019球季結束後便和水手沒有合約關係
就我的理解，這個減薪規定應該和他沒有任何關係

舉個例子，Brett Gardner 2015~2018和洋基有4年5200萬的合約
17、18年薪水分別是1250萬和1150萬，之後洋基不執行19年1250萬的執行權
以2M買斷使其成為自由球員，之後再以一年750萬簽回
750也不符和前一年(1150)的80% 或 再前一年(1250)的70%
所以我推論這個Maximum Salary Reduction應該和FA球員無關
