之前在國外的網站上看到討論 Stephen Curry 為什麼以前常常扭到腳踝的文章,
剛好最近認識了物理治療師,而且一起合作寫運動傷害相關的部落格,
所以就把和Curry腳踝相關的資料整理成一篇:

想說看看和板上各位大大觀察符不符合。
國外文章和物理治療師的觀點有二:
1, Curry自小習慣以腳板外側去著地,無論是跑步、變換方向、跳躍降落。
這是很不好的習慣,因為腳踝外側韌帶比較弱。
2, Curry髖部附近肌群比較弱,所以變換方向時都是讓腳踝在吸收衝擊力,
但是理論上以髖部作為發力和吸收衝擊的地方是比較好的。
