BJJ/MMA CAMP定案...(更新) - 綜合格鬥 Mixed Martial Arts

高雄進行為期3~5天的 春節ＢＪＪ訓練營 ●

費用: 三天1000NT ，二天800NT ，一天400NT ，參加一或二天者請指名哪一天，以一天為最少單位

報到時間 : 在2/8早上10:45在高雄巴西柔術道館登記


訓練營日期: 2/8, 2/9, 2/10. (在農曆春節期間)

訓練營時間: 12.00-14.00, 16.00-18.00
(若2/7 晚20-22:00參與本道館例行教學者，酌收250/ 堂)

訓練地點 : 以室內(高雄BJJ)為主密集訓練,或依人數多寡可能安排至南部地區的戶外
景點進行移地訓練

訓練內容 : 以BJJ,SUBMISSION WRESTLING,MUAY THAI,MMA等項目為主
Tommy老師精通英語.國語.台語，不必擔心語言隔閡問題

其他 : Vaughn Anderson 台灣專業泰拳和MMA格鬥家，將在BJJ課程後教授打擊技，
費用另計

The official days are Fri 8th, Sat 9th, Sun 10th.

Registration: Please try to get to the Forge by 10:45am on Friday 8th for
registration.

Fees: 1000 NT for all 3 days. 800NT for 2 days. 400NT for 1 day.
If you're only going to come for one/two days please specify which days.
Minimum 1 full day.

Instruction Language: Instruction is in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Please tell your Taiwanese friends this! No more "ting bu donging"!
Tommy can also speak Taiwanese if you want!!!

Thai Boxing and MMA (mixed martial arts): Vaughn Anderson

is the only professional MMA fighter in Taiwan and will be teaching
some striking stuff after BJJ class. The fee for his class is not
included in the 1000 NT. Ask him on the day for more information.

Thursday Training: For those that would like to make it 4 days in a
row of training, we are also training BJJ on Thursday 7th 20.00-22.00
as part of our regular Forge schedule and the fee for drop in classes is 250NT.
