請問一下Ashtanga的反台式purvottanasana該如何做呢?
像圖中這樣:

我以為他跟輪式用的力氣一樣,因為輪式我起的來
但我每次做反台式的時候手都超痠痛、脖子也一直往下掉要更住很痠
屁股那邊也抬不太起來都要老師幫忙...
今天老師要我腳向下踩, 但身體還是好沉啊~
想請問大家這招該如何做或是哪裡要出力才是對的?
