我是女生身高158公分體重94.6公斤我很想要減肥可是以前常常一曝十寒所以經過溜溜球效應之後本來40幾變成50幾又變成60幾現在已經94.6公斤了我需要以下幫助1.對於一個沒有運動習慣的人,怎麼開始培養運動生活?我很容易喘~~2.每天的卡路里多少才適當??我是外食,有沒有外食又便宜,熱量又不高的方式
