我是個高三生
今天陸運會預賽靠著跟人跑了2分25秒(應該能進決賽)
在這之前運動次數大約就是偶爾想到就去打個球、放學跑個山
沒跑還不知道自己能跑這樣的速度..
聽聞第一名的成積大約在2分20秒上下
希望能夠在這一個月內進步5-10秒
不知道有沒有機會?
每天能夠練習的時間早上30分鐘
放學60分鐘
