53%的選民反對限制有合理理由不在場投票... 所以州長Brian Kemp在接受訪問的時候
（麻煩自己去找Youtube), 特別提到Georgia會繼續保留不需要理由就可以申請的

1. Absentee voters will be required to submit driver’s license numbers or other
documentation under a new process for checking their identity, replacing
signature matching processes.

不在場投票申請時，需要附上駕照或其他photo ID的號碼.

（Under SB 202, Georgia will become one of four states that require voters to
submit a driver’s license number or other ID number. The others are Kansas,
Minnesota and Ohio.）

新法律被攻擊主要的問題是 "故意讓勞動階級人不方便選舉，因爲他們平常日要工作"
可是現在新法律規定一定要打開2個禮拜六給選民提早選舉，加上個選區可以自行選擇
要不要多開兩個禮拜天給大家選. Runoff 是Georgia senate的特別補選... 那個規則
很複雜，有Jungle election那個我也看不太懂.

4. In addition, the legislation sets a deadline to request absentee ballots 11
days before election day and disqualifies provisional ballots cast in the
wrong precinct.

投錯選區的選票會被不算... 是歧視選民???

（Out-of-precinct voting: States vary in how they handle provisional ballots
cast in the wrong precinct. Twenty-five states do not count provisional
ballots cast in the wrong precinct. Nineteen states — including Georgia —
count some races on such ballots. For example, Georgia counts whatever races
voters were eligible for inside the county.

SB 202 changed the way Georgia handles provisional ballots cast in the wrong
precinct. Under the law, election officials cannot count such votes unless
they are cast after 5 p.m. It’s unclear whether any other state has a
provision that makes acceptance of such ballots contingent on when they were
cast.）

5. Distributing food or drinks to voters waiting in line is also prohibited.

推特上吵最大的是這條，一堆政治人物就在悲天憫人，說阿公阿嫲選舉的時候不准給他
喝水是很殘忍。

這個法律的精神是禁止你黨工!!! 在選民排隊的時候在那邊拿 #中國人的女婿 捐的錢
發小禮物發礦泉水之類的行爲. 選民的家人朋友可以拿水跟食物給排隊的選民, 選民
可以自己帶水, 法條還有說選區可以自行決定在投票所内放飲水機.

6. Polling stations must have a reliable backup power generator.
投票所一定要自備可靠的備用發電機
