目前每家俱樂部都已經頒發了年度青訓學員獎 (Scholar of the Year)，切爾西
的後衛阿爾菲˙吉爾克萊斯特 (Alfie Gilchrist) 也獲得了這一獎項。他代表藍軍
青年隊踢了17場比賽，首次代表發展隊參加了英超二級聯賽，最後獲得了2020/21賽
季青訓學員獎。這個獎項表彰了他在球場內外的成就，這位17歲球員所展現的態度和
表現是他獲得認可的關鍵。
