CECH COLLECTS NATIONAL AWARD AGAIN

Petr Cech has been named the Czech Republic's player of the season for an
eighth time.


The Chelsea goalkeeper was already the record winner of the Golden Ball
award which is voted on by sports journalists, having last year surpassed
Pavel Nedved who collected it on six occasions.


This is the fourth consecutive year Cech has been handed the accolade
which he adds to the Czech Republic's Footballer of the Year which is
decided by the Czech FA. In February he won that for a sixth time which is
also a record. He won his 100th cap for his country in March and the
Europa League with his club last month.

　　北京時間6月4日消息，捷克足協公佈了2012-13賽季金球獎得主，效力於切爾西
的捷克門將切赫以絕對優勢當選，第8次獲得了這項榮譽。


　　這個獎項從1997年開始評選，迄今已是第17次評選，而切赫壟斷了其中的8次，
拿下了過半的獎盃，在2005-2008年切赫就已經完成過一次四連冠，但在2009年尤文
名將內德維德終止了切赫的連續獲獎，但2010年開始切赫再度奪回獎盃，到今年已經
再度完成了一次四連冠。切赫以1833的高分當選，第二名的布拉格斯巴達前鋒拉法塔
只得到了871分。


　　切赫本賽季依然保持了很高水準的狀態，雖然在俱樂部的成績不是很理想，但最
終還是幫助球隊捧回了一座歐聯盃冠軍，幫助切爾西實現了歐洲三大盃的大滿貫。在
捷克國家隊，切赫也完成了自己的百場里程碑，目前捷克在世界盃預選賽B組中暫居
第三，落後多賽一場的第二名保加利亞兩分，距離榜首的意大利5分，仍有希望出現
在明年的巴西世界盃賽場上。
