第一次跑全馬,其實是因為眼殘加手殘…
一行四人「本來都是」報半馬疏於檢查,就發生憾事了
報名後、差不多一個月前開始準備,本來就沒什麼時間準備,發現出錯
為時已晚,約略規劃進度、跑了四次約十公里的練習(大約一小時的慢跑)
第一次跑完就酸了四天,膝蓋後側微微隱痛,之後就更小心跑步的姿勢
看了PTT本版的心得文,更覺得跑步真是大學問,只是個人一向比較喜歡
騎單車,將錯就錯、抱著學習的心態試試看。
賽前估計一小時十公里,四小時半內完成就算是合格了。結果跑了四小時十一
分鐘,折返點約一小時五十,後繼無力、走走跑跑、越跑越賭爛…沒事跑
什麼42公里?回程的記憶除了空白還是空白,在補給站前後走走停停的…
腳都不像是自己的,只是為了前進而前進。偏偏沒有「輪車」這一項?逆風
中加倍的痛苦…
記得我的運動計畫中,從來都沒有馬拉松這一項,將錯就錯居然跑完馬拉松,
真是萬萬想不到…命阿~
現在重點是可以很虛榮地說: 我跑過馬拉松了…
