最近暑假了..想要減肥~可是不知道該怎麼減1.現在晚上都12點睡,早上9點多起床想要調回時鐘有蛇麼辦法??早上起來我都會動一下,下午也會散佈or騎腳踏車各30分鐘.2.因為我發現瘦4公斤後就開始維持在某個體重了,還有方法可以減重嗎?我希望可以給的是散佈或跳舞的運動,在激烈的都可以:))不要游泳或
