101 登高一問 - 路跑 Road Running

5月30的101登高需要練習多久呢?
小弟目標是可以完成。
平常有在運動,跑步、游泳、衝浪。
在家每天幾乎都會做扶地挺身 仰臥起座各50左右
準備報名後開始練習登高。
希望能被抽到!更希望可以完成!
