小弟不才是練傳武的,常常聽老師說:放鬆、放鬆、放鬆,因為這樣才能真正有力,而這
也是傳武跟許多武術不同之處。在練套路的時候,老師亦是一直要求我們放鬆,說:上半身
是虛的、空的,讓腰腿帶動手......時候到了,再教發勁,就會變得很容易了。
這正也是我努力的目標阿,但老師年輕時可以說是"瘋狂"的練武,說實在的我覺得自己大
概很難追上老師的腳步= =(雖然老師給我的感覺是要下苦工就可以做到...),問題來拉,
不知道版上有沒有版友已經可以感受到"放鬆的力量"??我指的是所謂出拳拉、出掌拉,之
類的,放鬆後反而力量才大,那可否在請問你,你練多久了?
