體重降不下來 - 運動

從過年到現在一直有控制飲食,因為平常活動量算大,所以飲食大概都是再1500卡左右,寒假一個月天天騎xbike,之後也都算有在運動,但體重都沒有降下來大概才(0.5kg),體脂肪也不算有降,但是最瘦時期(比現在少4kg)的褲子穿得下,根以前照片比看起來真的沒有比較胖,是因為真的沒有瘦還是肌肉增加�
