hello, 想請教一下大家
訓練體能大概有哪些啊?主要是針對下肢的肌力訓練
目前我們系隊裡面會練弓箭步,立定跳,折返跑,三米來回,攔網等
但因為每次練球都練這些
所以想問看看有沒有其他方法也是可以練到肌力的
讓學妹訓練到又可以有些變化
