請教各位朋友,我在練習瑜珈時遇到某些需要將頭部向下的姿勢(如站姿
前彎、下犬式...),我的頭部會有明顯充血的腫脹感,讓我十分不適,請問我
該注意什麼事情以改善這種狀況呢?
