靜坐時打嗝 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

本人高中時不知為何對靜坐熱衷了一陣子,練過雙盤,後來沒有持續。
這半年來想再坐,因為思慮多,常失眠,(睡前動腦工作)
因此習慣睡前靜坐,多半念佛號,或默默觀察出入息,入眠效果明顯好很多。
不開燈,平均雙盤在床上坐半小時,就會感到很放鬆,開始有睡意。
但問題來了:
平常生活很少打嗝,但只要一坐,挺直腰,大概十分鐘內就會開始打連環嗝,
少則十來個,多則二三十個,都是有聲音有氣的。
請問這是正常現象嗎?
又,坐完直接躺平入睡,(本人腿不容易酸)是可以的嗎?
還是下床走走比較好?(但擔心精神又變好,又開電腦工作了....)
