雙手背後互扣 - 瑜珈 Yoga

雙手上下互扣
右手在下,左手在上
互拉時右手臂的三角肌會痛,伸展程度最多只能摸到左邊肩胛骨
要互扣只能摸到手指頭
這動作坐著加前彎,右手手臂的三角肌真的痛死了!!!
但相反右手在上,左手在下
左手可以摸到大椎,完全沒有感覺,互扣也沒問題,做動作前彎也沒感覺
請問是慣用手的問題嗎?還是哪裡不夠放鬆導致拉伸時三角肌會痛?
請問有什麼方法可以改善呢?
持續用這方法伸展會不會受傷?因為我的感覺是痛,而非伸展的感覺
