有個問題想問
自己有在練習蝶泳
在練習蝶腰時 自己有個疑問
讓身體擺動的帶動處是骨盆嘛?
我最近感覺都是先由肩膀帶動 再讓整個身體跟著擺動
這樣的感覺對嘛??
要如何練習比較有效率呢??
