關於肌肉拉傷.. - 排球

想請問一下
小弟在做跳躍力訓練菜單時
做到這一項--彈跳
就是雙腳打直,鎖緊膝蓋,只用小腿跳,膝蓋不彎曲
落地時,再迅速起跳→完成一次
起初一、二週的時候都沒有出現肌肉拉傷的情形
但這個星期(第三週)跳三百下..(第一週是一百,第二週是二百)
跳完發現小腿的脛骨前緣的肌肉(脛前肌?)似乎拉傷了
雖然幾個小時後比較舒服了..
但這樣好像不太好.. 是不是我的姿勢錯了..
還是??.. 煩請各位大大指點XDD..
