關於救生員訓練一問 - 游泳討論

小弟打算今年五月參加學校辦的救生員訓練
我知道訓練的時間,平日是晚上 18:00--22:00,週末則是全天
我的問題是:
由於我已經中年,腸胃消化得很慢,通常吃完東西要二個小時才能游泳
如果吃飽不到二小時就下水,游一游很容易覺得腸胃怪怪的
又因為我屬於很容易飢餓又不耐餓的體質
空腹游泳很容易游到頭暈,眼睛前面一片黑
如果要配合平日的救生員訓練,18:00 進場,代表我 16:00 前得先吃飽
這樣就會打亂了我原本規律的三餐飲食習慣
我有想過如果 17:00 先吃點巧克力來儲備一下能量,同時肚子也不會太飽
只是怕晚上訓練很操,吃了訓練的「晚餐」之後
會不會到了 19:00 就餓到頭暈?
在此想參考一下受過救生訓練的網友的經驗
當初你們 18:00 入場訓練前,有先吃飽嗎?
還是只是簡單吃點巧克力之類的東西來果腹?
