關於投球的問題,還有跟腱酸 - 壘球

大家好,最近投球遇到了撞牆期
我練的是不限高的投球,方法是雙腳平行彎腰往上拉
但是不知道為什麼偶而會有連續左右偏很多的狀況
我覺得是握球的感覺跑掉了,
所以想找一個固定的握球方式
請問大家都怎麼握比較好呢?
還有就是最近半年打完壘球跟腱都會酸,
雖然過一陣子就好了,但是想知道是出了甚麼問題
是我穿的膠釘鞋避震不夠好嗎?
