Let’s just consider the physical specimen that is LeBron for a moment. He’s
6’8〃 and 250 pounds, though, there are reports that his weight may be as
high as 270. To put that in perspective, according to
Pro-Football-Reference.com, the average weight of an NFL defensive end taken
over the last five years in the draft is 268 pounds.

There are old reports that he benches 15 reps at 225 pounds as part of his
normal workout routine. It’s probably safe to assume, then, that under
combine conditions, he could do several more. To put that in perspective, the
average linebacker taken in the NFL draft over the last five years is getting
up about 22.4 reps — about what you might expect from James under normal
conditions.

because of his incredible court vision and IQ, he’s able to take advantage
of the best scoring opportunity on most plays.
